My answer is more of a question in that how would they even know? As long as money is transferred discretely without any further elaboration there shouldn't be a fuss. Not like it's any of their business anyway. That's how I've always done it.

I set up a fake account (something with only my clean art) and linked my processor sites to that.
That way it still looks clean if they try to look into it more.

Just don't mention anything adult/pornographic in the notes when sending payments over PayPal. Many artists will simply send invoices with very generic descriptions so they have more control over the transactions and don't let the commissioners get them in trouble with this.
