Major congratulations! Last year I was above 360lbs, but now I'm around 275-280lbs and keeping on with the keep-on.
I'm doing this by portion control (I can eat what I want, but not as much as I want), taking a daily multivitamin, and plenty of daily walking. I don't bother with lifting weights and that kind of sh-t. I want to be fit, not Arnold Schwarzenegger. 🤣
