YCH Slots coming!

Hey there all! Every so often when posting art I'll get someone saying "This should really be a YCH slot", and while I did agree at the time, I was more focused on individual comms because I wasn't sure how YCH slots would work out for me financially, and I couldn't risk rocking the boat. But recently things have become more stable and after testing a few of these out, it seems you guys really enjoy them! And I understand now the benefit of these slots. Some people simply want art but don't know what to get, and sometimes I would prefer knowing when I wake up that my job is already partly done. It's a win win for these reasons, helps keep burnout out of the picture, and since my usual comms never close, those who do want something custom can always contact me.
My price sheet will remain as my pinned submission for that last reason.
So what I'm going to start doing is occasionally dropping YCH slot comms that may be pulled from previous works in some way, or something totally new if I'm itching to get an idea out. Regardless, if it is pulled from a previous work, it will be something that both you and I agree on as appealing. I love tracking stats on what I put out to see what we all click on collectively. Sometimes I put out pieces I love and they get a minimal amount of attention, and sometimes I drop a commission I'm not super into personally but it explodes XD. So if you've ever seen something I post and said "Ugh I wish that were me", well, you may just be in luck!
Auctions will still happen here and there, but those will likely be tied to a 'series' that I do like 'Pop the Roo'. Atm there are no plans for a future series as I haven't really come up with any ideas. If you guys wanna offer one up, feel free! Pop the Roo was the idea of another commissioner that we worked together to figure out, and I'd say it went pretty well. The final image in that series will be here soon.
In general things are about to change a bit for me. I am making the final payment on a big debt bill this week, which means my finances are about to become more stable in general, and I can actually afford to breathe for once. So, expect more self indulgent pieces, expect more Patreon uploads, just expect /more/. It's a bit of a paradox, when I know I have to wake up and get things done it feels worse than waking up knowing I can kinda just chill. When I'm chill, I tend to want to make more art XD. It goes from 'work' to 'pleasure', and that's a win for everyone.
So a new slot will likely be up today, if not tomorrow. And there will likely only be four slots- I'm gonna try and keep it to that number unless a fifth person just REALLY catches my eye.
But yeah, this year has been good so far, it's about to get better, hopefully you all enjoy what's to come.
