From what I gathered the tariffs and de minimus (waiver for small duty amounts in case the item is below a certain threshold, if you aren't aware what it means) changes means people can expect to be slammed with a tariff markup and probably an administration fee (to apply the tariff) on anything coming from outside the USA. The tariff will likely be applied on the total declared/invoiced value of the order.

Unfortunately I have first hand experience with this setup because Sweden made a similar change a few years back because the government was being angry about too many imports from China and wanted to punish that, so they blanket-applied it to everything regardless of value or origin (outside of the EU). It adds up quick.

Part of me is so happy I'm closing my shop this year, it's just getting so unnecessary complicated. No one is helped by this.

I'm so bummed about the tariffs :( Makes it harder to get craft supplies and custom art items made. I know one of the reasons for the tariffs is to bring manufacturing back... but it takes years to finance and build a factory, and some things just aren't going to ever be made in the US. Tariffs don't punish the country of origin (aside from they get less sales). It punishes the consumer who rely on that supply chain.
