Ouch...my hips and knees are giving me crap after I got back from this last underway.

Oh, yeah, I'm right there with you. My dumb sleeping habits and a pair of cats who bully me in my sleep led to me having shoulder/neck pain for weeks. Of course sitting in front of a computer would make it worse/prolong it, but that's sorta my career so extra bonus misery! Yay.

I had my 50th birthday two months ago. I thought it was quite appropriate that the emergency doctor's visit (for a condition that was minor, but could have upended some very major plans I had) that I had scheduled landed right on that day.
