I don't think they were trying to be malicious, even if they were a little arrogant.
Always, always double and triple confirm what someone wants.
plus i explained multiple times what he actually got ,but he still calls me a liar
like bruh, the receipt is right there
i had to refund it, i was forced to, didnt even gave me chance to properly explain it
