Commission Form Update / End of Month Bump

Letting everyone know that made a few tweaks to the commission form. One is a notice that pricing for headshot and bust pieces have a discount to the total cost. -$25 for bust pieces and -$50 for headshots. Along with that, a choice for if you want the commission to be private or anonymous during filling out the form. Most people usually include this detail while providing the description, but I want to be clear that I have been doing private pieces for a while.
