I know,but the FTC is the fed gov, not the state gov, and while it's normally a blessing that the fed gov doesn't have full authority over the state gov, this is unfortunately one of those cases where I wish the FTC could do something about that.

People are gonna have to challenge the law in court, hopefully the judge involved can see the bullshit.

There is alot happening here, with the UK involving their laws over seas...The FTC needs to do something against the UK, and how they are abusing internet users, and Big Tech Companies. Meaning we have to convince the court to act against the damage the UK is doing, and demand the states to stop enforcing unlawful restrictions on states.

Hope more voices is calling out against this censorship! We need everyone to act out against this!

The FTC mostly intends to enforce its laws against the companies themselves, but as a while the administration seems to be making moves against them, but we'll see.

I've heard (though I can't confirm this with all honesty) that the whitehouse intends to sanction members of Ofcom.

Personally I was prez, I'd probably just go buck-wild and label Ofcom a terrorist organization because they're using fear tactics to scare people into compliance, start sanctioning members, revoke travel visas, etc, and also extend that to the UK gov by cutting off Free-Trade and Military aid, sense it'd be like helping China and North Korea which are also oppressive governments.

But we have to consider calling the court to question how Ofcom is damaging businesses illegally on our borders, Trump needs to stop doing his dumb shit. I hope the FTC convinces the Administration and the White House to stop any implications of Age Gating, and put the UK, and their practices into legal question about the OSA (Online Safety Act) and Ofcom...

From what I've been looking into, they already know what's going on and have been watching it as it unfold, I'm not sure fully what the strategy is, but I also recall Ofcom going after 4 chan, who has turned them down sense they have no offices in the UK.

I guess...Still...to have corporations comply to this...Should there be some ruling from the FTC that needs to be approved...To have this issue slipped under the radar shows that there are serious lack on control here with everything. Weather or not Trump is complying with the UK...it's not confirmed might be hard to say.

But with the UK, what would this mean for all of us. Even Japan, EU, and Canada I believe were hit from this. Surely that should raise red flags on this whole situation. Shows little control in the matter the more as it happens in the US. Trump never should be hard on the FTC...and he's making too many changes to all this.

Hope the FTC convinces them to stop this censoring overseas...cause this is ridiculous and illegal in other countries.
