Seems Picarto 'banned' me from watching streams and I literally done nothing wrong. I only watch people stream, keep quiet unless people talk to me or ask questions. Guess the site doesn't want me to watch things from there any more. Oh well, no skin off my nose. Hopefully this gets resolved soon or else if this continues as is and I hear it has been happening for a lot of people, the site won't last long. Thankfully there are other sites I can still watch people work on their arts if need be.
