it has life, but no POST and the only debugs i'm getting are VGA beeps, which go away after a display is present; and Boot Debug light on the motherboard otherwise. i spent 2 days figuring it out, and concluded it is dead.

Any other hints as to what killed it?

upon testing with literally nothing but 1 stick of RAM and the cpu; after hours of CMOS resets; and multiple capacitor purges, i was unable to get a video out, on the motherboard nor gpu. i was not able to get a POST pass beep i think my CPU is just dead enough...
