Where are you located?
Could it be your provider/government blocking access?

I live in Thailand, if get block there should be a message from government, etc.

I did Firefox, explorer, etc. all I know is still block -- if Picarto dont lift IP address blocked =-=

Damn. then that does sound like a picarto issue... if you haven't restarted your router atleast once.

I did and still nothing

Same happened to me a few days ago and yeah clear you cache and if you use firefox, also clear your Managed Data for Picarto, it'll log you out of the site, but let yuo access it again.

There is Clear Cache and Manage Data, you need to select Manage Data, if you use Firefox, and look for Picarto and delete the data STORED by Firefox.

tried and still the same Picarto block IP address for sure and didnt give any mail or warning at all. I send a email to them hope they can fix it because is on their end. I even did reset router but nothing change. IF they dont fix it....well, I will be streaming more in Piczel.tv there
