For My tyranosaur civilization...I was drawing a conclusion about what the tyrannosaurus arms would be used for in a hypothetical world with a civilization; the short arms are enough to write (using the tips of the claws as a brush dipped in ink).
with the mouth and using the hind legs to manipulate a pencil is not very precise, it is more of an acquired skill than something viable. and I think it's one of the few useful things you can do with short arms, even increasing the size
