Hólabdák or "Snowballs" (Also for some reason known as "Cossack Hats" lol) are a simply thing rolled in cream, then coconut, which sticks to it, and a drizzle of general chocolate on top. They're lovely!

It's hard to say what my favorite dessert is, every time it's something unexpected and spontaneous. We recently had a dessert in the form of sushi, but it was very unusual. There were fruits, cream cheese, banana, kiwi, peach... Very sweet and delicious.

Whelp got more into that than I first meant, but at least learned a fun new thing! xDActually meant a nice warm chocolate lava cake. Pretty similar though with this being more single portioned with the warm gooey chocolate being the core of the cake. Honestly both are great and fit that nice niche.

Homemade cherry cheesecake is a pretty good contender for my favorite dessert. Blows away any store-bought cheesecake I've had (though those are still generally good).
