Hey there my friends and family,

I do hope everyone is well today. Gonna be going through another hot day here..but looks like the forecast for later in the week will be a cooling trend. One can only hope, because I'm ready to break out the warm blankets and comfy hoodies.

Woke up this morning and my allergies just were horrid, eyes were red and I was all sniffly. Popped some meds and that should keep it at bay today.

Also had a bit of a mental break last night.. just no cause for me crying, but there I was. I'm doing much better today, but last night my brain was going through some dark places.

Today will be good, Joe and I are gonna go out for dinner, then watch the new ST:SNW episode. Should be a fun one tonight.

Okay, that's it for me, nothing new to report.
