👀Stupid Question👀
Hey Guys! How are you guys doing? :)
I have already posted this on Bluesky but I know that the majority of either don’t use it or have a BSKY account. So, I’ll ask here as well!
You can ignore this if you’ve already seen this over there lol.
Anyways, I have a very stupid question or some stupid questions to ask you. Ready?
I have been posting a fuck ton of NSFW, lewds & nudes type of stuff recently more than SFW pieces. I just have to ask:
Are you guys liking them? Are you not?
If not, do you I should make a NSFW account & make it completely separate from this account? Just for that type of content alone basically.
or should I stop entirely and go back to making SFW content?
What do you guys think??
I’m still going to draw my shit regardless of who or what it is lol but I would you guys input on this if possible.
I will delete this journal later on at some point in time.
Thank you for reading and coming to my stupid lil pep talk (?). You guys have yourselves a great one!!
I will post more art soon as always!

it'd be worth splitting if you had clearly distinct audience (e.g. you draw both very cute innocent stuff intended for kids and spicy stuff), otherwise you'd just gonna dilute yourself I think
We can’t have that happening here. Everything’s staying put here!
I seriously disagree with the idea of having separate accounts for different types of content. There's a large number of people on my watch list, and keeping track of multiple accounts (and frequent name changes) is a real pain. I care about artists and their styles, not types of content. For different types of content, that's what the search filters are for. As long as your art is tagged correctly, viewers can filter everything to their liking on their own. I prefer that everything from any given artist is in one gallery. The only exception is that I prefer guest art to be separated. I really hate it when art from multiple artists is mixed together into a single gallery.
Also, note that audience participation on gallery-style web sites has been declining for a decade, so try not to be discouraged by the lack of comments. It's happening everywhere to everyone. A lack of comments doesn't mean people dislike the art. It's just hard to regularly come up with new lines other than, "Looks great!".
Anyway, thanks for sharing your art. It's nice to see people still creating things with traditional media. 8)
I seriously thought about it for a little bit but scrapped it because for multiple reasons like yours for example. Plus, it was take too much time from to move everything NSFW from this account onto the new one and repost everything there. It wouldn’t be a smart decision on my end. It wouldn’t be worth it lol So, I’ll be keeping everything here and continue posting both on all one account.
Tbh, I’m not really too worried about this one because I know it takes time to build an audience and audience participation from it. It just tells me I just need to keep doing my thing, keep posting and keep drawing. I greatly appreciate ANY and ALL support I get on here from any and everybody. It’s all love at the end of the day!
Thank you so much for enjoying my art for what it is! Truly definitely means the world to me! :) <3 💐
In all seriousness though, I completely understand and respect your decision. You like what you like, love what you love. Everyone has their preferences and that’s what makes them unique in their own way! I am very appreciative for your love and support regardless! :) <3 💐
