You're welcome, I live in Florida so I know what it is like when told to evacuate you get the fuck out of there. Although where I live, the ground is high enough that we're above the flash flood, although we still took the added measures to protect the property by digging a large drain field and drainage ditches that can handle extreme overflow.

I'm the cautious type who thinks of all of the worst possible outcomes and then figure out ways to make sure that those outcomes don't happened. Although I can only prepare for so much when it comes to Nature.
