Is this a scam?

Hello,
i really want to start going out, go places...but i am too self-conscious about my teeth. I only have 2 front upper teeth left...i saw this thing which is the only thing i could afford but, people are saying it looks stupid, fake, gives you overbite, and a lisp:

it may be better than having nearly no teeth tho x.X even if it looks like a stupid halloween prop.

I tried asking for help with dental issues before, but nobody cares:

I ended up just buying ibuprofen, paracetamol and benzocaine, but that only lasted me a few hours.
I don't think i can start a gofundme outside the US, the payment processing method will be a pain in itself, and again, nobody cares.
I was pondering this, because if i am to buy the fake veneers to arrive today, i've to do so in the remaining 3 hours and a half (daily delivery is unavailable until the next morning starting at 2pm)
Anyway again let me know if anybody needed a refund please, thank you.

a private dentist is too expensive for me
