just posted this on trello update tab & on my discord server but ill put it here too:
if you have a slot on my trello queue that youve been waiting on for 9+ months, firstly i can only deeply apologise, i did not plan for life flip upside down on me fr, starting university in february but my health going rapidly downhill, so i deferred in august because the guilt from those blockages to getting commissions done hangs over my head daily. secondly, i'm open to doing refunds or changing comm ideas for those that have waited so long!
incase i havent mentioned it before, i have severe adhd and other mental disorders as well as PCOS, so functioning in daily life is NOT easy in the slightest </3
i will only be financially comfortable enough to provide refunds after october 30th, but we can discuss it ahead of time and i will work it into my budget accordingly! (comms worth 100usd or more will need to be refunded in installments! exchange rate takes an extra 50% each time 🥲)
my TOS states that i never do refunds for that exact reason. however, at this point i need to just take the exchange rate on the chin if it means clients don't have to wait any longer. please contact me if this applies to you x
