Terms of service
- You must be 18 or older to purchase or request a commission (known as a commission). You must be 18 or older to view my work!
- You must pay 30% before I begin working on your commission (commission). This amount is non-refundable.
- After paying the 30% deposit, you cannot change your mind about the design.
- After payment, you have 3 weeks to submit your design if it is a custom design. However, if it is already one of the characters, you only need to tell me the colors you want.
- When you finish the work, you must send me the full amount so I can mail it.
- If you cancel the product due to shipping, I can put it back on sale.
- I can refuse or cancel your order if you are disrespectful to me, abusive, obscene, or threatening.
- Once the product is finished, you have 1 week to pay. - I will not accept characters that are not your own if you wish to customize them.
- I am authorized to use your photos of the order to show people my work.
- If you approve the design but later realize you are confused or don't like it, it is not my responsibility. Please make sure to clearly review and check all designs before approving them.
- If by any chance you send me the wrong cores, or the wrong penis size, it is not my responsibility.
- If your order has any construction issues (burst seams, holes, missing parts), you have 30 days to notify me so I can arrange repairs. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
- PLEASE DO NOT HAVE SEX WITH THE PLUSH TOYS! They are soft toys made of fabric and are not safe for insertion. If you want to insert something, use body-safe materials such as silicone or metal. I am not responsible for incorrect use.
If you'd like to know how production is going, please send me your contact details via Telegram or WhatsApp and I'll send you photos and videos.
