Have you tried inversion? ie, dangling upside down to reduce pressure on the disks?

My mom dealt with this, I am telling everyone who expects you to do much or anything: Stop. Stop, stop!!!! Nothing is worth straining your back with herniated disks. Absolutely 0 things. Like, why would you curate conditions for a stroke or something by injecting yourself with high blood pressure scenarios that you know could cause you to collapse?! Similarly for your back issues....please, take it easy. Especially if off insurance. I am afraid for you, and in serious questioning of the standing character of anyone who would pester you for art or services during this time. It could take months to deal with this type of scenario and the pain with it, or at least weeks. Im so sorry for what you are going through it makes me sick to think you would feel pressure to work...but I do understand. I was still working despite injuries to my foot. It is hard to stop with bills to pay and mouths to feed. Truly hoping for your safety and recovery.

Bless my clients for being so patient, honestly, especially when I've been away for so long from moving around & medical stuff and not frequently updating.
The scariest part is its in my neck, between my c6-c7. + degenerative disc disease showing.

It's been about a year now dealing with it and it continues to worsen coz stuff still needs to get done. I've always had back issues since I was a teenager so I expected some more spine issues now but damn! lol

But yeah, bills to pay mouths to feed chores to do around the house. I'm used to being independent so it's hard to ask my partner for help but he does when I ask.

Thank you again for having an understanding what I'm going through, not many people do, so I'm still expected to get things done in one way or another.
