Happy (August 29) birthday to me and...
I didn't celebrate my birthday that day; I went to a funeral in another city for a week.
I want to touch on the subject of oncology. To those who are suffering and undergoing treatment for this terrible disease, I wish you strength and God's help. Your attitude toward treatment is important in order to defeat it. Namely, be as positive as possible. As doctors say, 50% depends on us, and the other 50% on the patient. That is, if a person gives up, even doctors cannot help.
Those feelings when you want to save a loved one, but hope dies last, you don't want to eat, you cry and write to your family/friends in despair to make it easier, you believe in a miracle, but you understand that this disease has already significantly consumed the person and they are thin and emaciated and you understand everything and don't want to believe...
Those who have already lost someone. This grief is the most terrible emotional feeling, which can even be harmful. Unfortunately, I have had more than one such experience. And here is what I want to say to those people who, unfortunately, are going through this too. When your loved one has already died and been buried. Be sure to distract yourself, spend more time with loved ones and friends, and go for walks more often instead of sitting at home. If you sit at home, these feelings will consume you. Allow yourself to enjoy life and certain things, if you can. Some people forbid themselves to do so, and that's bad. You need to get out of these feelings of intense grief. Because it can affect your health, for example, causing a stomach ulcer. If you can't do it for a long time, it's better to see a neurologist or psychologist.

Best to focus on the fond memories and remember they wouldn't want for us to be sad. ^^ Everyone experiences it at some point, they suffered their losses too and they moved past them, it'd be disrespectful towards them to let it keep us down! They can rest now and we need to focus on ourselves. ^^ The best way to honor them is to live our best life.
