And my car's battery just died again.

Right after I got it insured too.
I need comms kinda bad right now so I can like, get my car fixed and get to doctors appointments again finally. I can maybe do one every month right now and that doesn't work when I need things like physical therapy and specialist appointments.
I have chronic conditions that need regular management and not having a vehicle is making life very very bad right now. My health is just getting worse. I don't have enough people in my life capable of giving me rides, there is no public transport that goes to the doctors offices, and the medical transport services have a mutiple week waiting list just to get a ride. An uber to any of my appointments is $30-$40 usd minimum. My actual life, my actual corporeal existence, just the act of staying alive without pain, is becoming unsustainable.

Even then, it still has a CV axel that needs replacing, it's not un-drivable but it's in an 'at risk' state according to a prior mechanic that looked at it before. I have the part at least for that. I just need to have it installed.
