Post To Multiple Art Sites At Once?

So... this probably seems like a very small issue to have, but truly posting to DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Buzzly, Cara, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, etc. individually gets very tedious and draining. To the point where I have to just ride the feeling out one day and upload as much as I can before I feel like I just don't want to bounce around adding the same tags, description, whatever, to every place I want to post my art to.
I'm not expecting miracles for the ability to post on ALL sites at once, but I'm just curious if you have a trusted site or even just your own method to posting consistently across all of your platforms?

I usually use postybirb! It took me a bit of getting used to it would help cut down the bulk. Not sure if it has all the places you post, though, but I think it's worth checkin out.
