Managing tools (trello, etc.) - any advice?

The September Sale:
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62105167/
is a huge success, I already had some commissions thanks to it. They are from different platforms (some from here, some from FA, some from ych.art), so I'm curious - how do people usually manage their queue? For now I just have it in txt file with short description, payment status, etc. but I've seen some artists use external tools, like trello, that allow to show the queue publicly. Any thoughts, or advice?
I also been considering setting up a carrd, or linktree - I do have quite a few places (IB, FA, DA, weasyl, itaku, ko-fi, toyhouse, ych.art, ych.commishes) that could be gathered together. Should I?
