Hey everyone! Missed you guys xP)
My comeback after a year of "radio silence" is the perfect chance to reboot and make my content even hotter. But I can't do it without you~
So, I'm asking youall for help/feedback: What do you think about me as an artist? As freelancer, I mean~
I search for feedback about my pipeline, service, prices, themes for YCHs, etc.! What's a hit, and what should be thrown into the void?
"You can only work with the truth"! And a year without you showed me how much I need to know what you think~

There are some things that don't resonate with me, though. The characters are often drawn looking very serious and moody. Much of the content is delivered in a very straightforward manner: an expectation is set, and then delivered upon. I often prefer art where an expectation is subverted in creative and unexpected ways.
i want to get something like this sometime, haha https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53088458/
You've highlighted my strengths – I'm pleased about that, and it also means interest in girls has place here x)) For some reason, I doubted that, funny!
Your advice is spot on — I made sketchy style ("Neon Noir") for myself, which allows me to let go of excessive self-criticism and just enjoy the process~
Fortunately, I have enough strength and spirit to draw in general (despite all life perturbations) - my issue now in understanding where the golden middle is between what I can offer and what others want to see in my style...
I observing what people generally draw and commission - from what I see... the simpler and more emotional/interesting the idea is, the better?
Maybe doing some simpler things like your noir style as personal or practice could be nice too ^^
That being said, I wouldn't be watching you if I didn't enjoy your art. You do lighting, shading, and reflections really well and I like the content of your work as much as the style.
Comics and graphic novels might be a good point of study for learning action poses and expressions that look good but might not be a feasible pose or expression in reality.
3D is indeed limiting — it did give me a good start with shiny materials, and I probably can't go completely without 3D now (it's become part of my style, I guess), but on the other hand, it's an interesting challenge to bring the art to life, to remove the drawbacks of 3D's limitations!
This really gives me something to think about, thank you for your honesty! After all, there are other artists who use 3D as a base (like cool artist named "eleode", for example), but their emotions are truly brighter, and the anatomy is... softer?
Not complaining, just saying thank you in this way! <3
