This wolf for hire!
I'm actively seeking remote/work-from-home opportunities, and this is an appeal for your help with my doing so, if you can. While I've been able to find some hit-and-miss freelance work, they've fallen well short in keeping me afloat financially. I'd like very much to find something more stable and long-term.
If you know of anyone in your workplace, friend or family networks who's looking for an experienced worker, please let me know! If you're in a hiring or recruitment position yourself, all the better.
I have over 30 years of professional work experience, with my main strengths being research, writing, editing, transcription, and proofreading. I'm also highly skilled in data collection, organization, and analysis.
Thank you all in advance for your help! I'm more than happy to share my resume and any other professional information to any interested parties.

If you live near a university with it's own press, I would suggest reaching out to them. There may be some opportunities there with minimal need to meet on campus. I'll keep an eye out though for more!

Iowa State University is near me (and is also my alma mater), and they have an extension office in my town. They're aware of me, and I check in with them periodically to see if there are any openings which are good fits for me. Thank you so much for your advice, and for keeping an eye out for me!

No problem! Also, if you have done transcription before, there are often linguists and film makers that need transcription or captioning of their materials, though that'll be less consistent. There's also the bottomless pit that is USAjobs.gov, but they take forever to respond in my experience
