Why I rarely drink sodas anymore
Listen, stop drinking sodas. Soda contains large amounts of added sugar, which contributes to weight gain, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.
Excessive sugar intake can lead to insulin resistance, increasing the risk of metabolic disorders.
The acidity of soda can erode tooth enamel, leading to cavities and dental decay.
It can also irritate the digestive system and contribute to heartburn and indigestion. The caffeine in some sodas can cause anxiety, insomnia, and headaches.
Artificial sweeteners used in diet sodas have been linked to metabolic problems and an increased risk of cancer, although the evidence is mixed.
First I have 1 regular coffee, than 1 decaf, than I switch to regular water after that.
This is why we need more ORGANIC food...and hence why if I MAKE sodas that are homemade? I'll make sure they are LOW on sugar...and only have NATURAL ingredients, so they're better for your health!
If possible and necessary? I'll prefer tea or coffee over soda. (Just not at a certain "Cracker Barrel" location, due to sweet tea often tasting soapy.)
