Commissions are not first come, first served.
One applicant can fill up to two forms with different characters or commission type.
Form will be up for commission requests for ~48h so make sure you have submitted your request if you want to get a slot!
Once the form will be closed - it will take for me about 24-48 hours to go through all the forms & contacting people whom got a slot.
