Yeah, it's me again.
Look, fan art is one thing, I get that. I've drawn my fair share of Pokémon and Digimon stuff. Hell, I learned how to draw muscles by practicing the Dragonball Z art style...
But if you want me to draw a character, please don't ask me to draw a character made by a YouTuber or a VTuber. I will not draw someone else's character doing something they may not approve of without their express permission. It just feels wrong in so many ways. I may make an exception for established franchise characters like Pokémon, Digimon or Video Game characters, but if you do not own the character and don't have the owner's permission to use them then DO NOT ask me to draw them in any scenario the owner might not like.
This sort of thing becomes less of an art and skill issue and more of an issue of morals and integrity for me. It's a line I will not cross.

Considering there have been multiple cases of people either straight up stealing OCs, or trying to comm art of them doing turnoffs for the real owner, it's fully valid to have a "show me proof you can use this OC/sona" clause
