Yet More On Alligator Auschwitz
First, another little annoyance in everyday life: Have you seen Youtube lately?
They've recently made it so that before you get to the comments you have to scroll through a bunch of full page versions of your recommended videos.
What fresh hell is this?

PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP:
"I think Florida has done a great job by building it. And whether it’s Alligator Alcatraz or anything else you want to call it, it’s an amazing facility for what it is. It’s not a hotel. It’s not supposed to be a hotel. But they’ve done a great job with it."
Earlier this month, a federal appeals court ruled the jail could continue to operate despite reports of abuse.
Nonetheless, they've been moving the inmates out, and the fact is that, as of late August, about two-thirds of the 1,800 immigrants who were held there in July have gone missing from ICE’s online database, with their families and attorneys unable to locate them.
This is an effect of Alligator Auschwitz being a product of the state of Florida, and not ICE. People are not receiving due process, but instead breing tortured and abused out of sight of anyone, and summarily deported, because it's essentially a black box, and driven by the cruel and fascist whims of DeSantis. people are truly being disappeared.
My Journals on the subject can be found here:

All of this is also related to Trump's complete elimination of the internationally recognized right to Asylumn:

-This is what Trump's unprecedented policy of deporting people to countries that they've never been to is all about.

And now we've got Drumpf, who's in a whole new class of his own.
Most countries are seeing us as authoritarian, the same as Russia, Israel, China and North Korea. That's how horrifying it is, here.
For the rest of my life, I will never forgive this regime, I will not forgive anyone who voted for it. Reason why I say to never forgive was how in a video, responding to comments responding to a trump voter who expressed regret over voting for Taco (but came off as insincere as fuck about, selfish and trying to avoid any responsible and so on IMO), and one such reaction was how besides this notion of meeting them half way (fuck that noise), about how if nothing else to use forgiveness as a means of letting go of the anger.
I can't let go of the anger with harm being done to others and (least of all) myself. In that regard, they deserve
NOTHING
Not unless they go above and beyond to atone and even then I'd have to consider it.
History will not favor these fucks.
But then these fucks will try to do anything to erase, downplay, gaslight, etc...
I wonder if there will be anything of a country left at this rate...
I'm with you on everything else.
We'll have a country left, but it'll take decades to clean up the mess.
...it's already been said to death about those who fail to study it are doomed to repeat it, and those who do study it, are helpless to stop it.
I can't help but also think there also those who have studied it, and are determined to repeat it to their own ends.
And yes, it will take decades, and all the whole those who voted for this (but will say they didn't, if only because they kept thinking either the Leopards would not eat their face and/or they didn't care so long as those they hated suffered with them, etc) will claim it's everyone's fault except their own.
I know I keep saying this but I'm never going to let this go, I'm never going to forgive this... if some people legit atone that's a maybe, but that'll take decades at the least before I even consider it.
One day our descendants will ask us which side of this we stood on.
I'll tell them that a lot of selfish, short sighted morons, threw away their futures, and to try and encourage and teach them to not repeat the mistakes of those fucking nimrods. Assuming I live long enough to do that.
I do feel like all I've been doing is screaming to the void, every journal I've made at this point has been "You voted for Trump and you're watching me? GET OUT! GET THE FUCK OUT!" ...and a part of me is sick of it but it's like...
I'm hard pressed to say much else, it's not impossible but like...I'm not terribly motivated... I don't know how that'll change, short of me somehow being told I'm going to die far sooner than expected and that may not even be enough either...
I guess we'll see...
But it's clearly not our fault that that void is between the ears of the right.
A part of me, cynical as I am...a part of me has hope...somehow...
Even if that hope is at at the mercy of being thrown into a sun, before that sun collapses into a black hole...
Not particularly surprising...
If it wasn't so dangerous I'd really laugh about how much a pathetic joke this administration is.
