I'm sorry. To just yesterday. I received news from my mom that one of my uncles just died! I feel deeply and unfamiliarly depressed right now and don't know i how to handle it!

I know how it feels. Lost my own grandmother a year before lockdowns. And... I'm getting more and more concerned about the health of the rest of my family.
