To make a long story short, August and September have been very rough. Among other things, I haven’t had time to work with my 3D tools, and I’ve made some discoveries in that area that have left me feeling rather discouraged.

When it comes down to it, I’m primarily here to relax, remind myself that there’s still some wonder left in the world, and have fun.

And frankly, it feels like the way I’m going about things is getting in the way of that.

So I’m going to pack up the proprietary software and move onto something I’m more familiar with. This does mean I’ll stop doing 3D modeling, possibly for a long time, but on the other hand I’ll be free to work with tools that don’t require so much time and effort.

I’ve been using vector graphic software for longer than some people on here have been alive, and I’m pretty skilled with it. But I’ve also been programming for nearly as long, so I spent the weekend creating a custom program that will take the stuff I draw and make it look even better.

Hopefully I’ll have some new stuff to upload by the end of the week - and regularly from there on.

As for the current art on this account, I’m not going to remove it. I’m just going to file it in a separate folder for 3D art.
