She is literally just a Human Version of Sixty, same....everything minus the canine details.
I guess if ANYTHING else could be different between them. Helena is much more of a Cage Fighter, and depicted more as a Vampiress while her Canine Form is more of a Actress...but still equally Man-Eater lol
