NINTENDO NEEDS TO OPEN THEIR EYES!

I swear; this is EXACTLY why I REFUSE to buy 1st party Nintendo Switch 2 video games, unless obtained DIGITALLY, and obtained through DISCOUNTS.
Nintendo? In due respect, trying to dictate what gamers should and shouldn't play, and DEMONIZING people for freedom of speech? You're acting like Donald J Trump, by trying to turn capitalism into some kind of FASCIST dictatorship...and that is EXACTLY why many of you, if you can't learn to BUILD bridges like Queen Elisabeth, rather than DESTROY bridges like the Nazis did? You're basically proving that you have gotten either LAZY, or just try to entertain but don't have so much heart and soul, compared to so many of these new, successful indie game dev teams. I mean, why not LEARN from your mistakes, and accept that you guys JUST AREN'T PERFECT? Because "PERFECT" is a fairy tale; a myth, even.
All I advise is that unless you learn from your mistakes? Maybe YOU (Nintendo) should go THIRD PARTY...and simply focus on re-releasing video games.
Besides; Sega made mistakes before, but at LEAST they don't DEMONIZE their fanbase over FREEDOM OF SPEECH! Heck, any video game company with ANY sort of decency actually SUPPORTS their fans and their freedom of speech! You guys on the other hand, are just finding excuses to make more MONEY...and Nintendo? YOU are the ones acting like yakuza; NOT the fans!
Besides, Nintendo...if those indie video games are so successful, why not COLLABORATE with them, and actually HIRE them for new future video games in your franchise? Because let's face it; reality revolves around NO ONE...not you, or me, or ANYONE. And I have EVERY right to believe that you just are simply jealous, because "Palworld" is more popular than both "Pokemon Scarlet" and "Pokemon Violet"!
If you're so concerned about people being "ripped off" over a video game that is NOT of your franchise, why not ask the devs politely to put a warning label on the game, to basically say something, like...when it comes to Palworld; give it the label of "This video game is NOT to be mistaken for something out of the 'Pokemon' franchise!"
Lastly? Here's my advice; be polite and act like your actually JAPANESE; DON'T act like your gangsters from NORTH KOREA!
