Hamster vacation

The purple hammy just returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris with some close friends. Now I'm super tired but happy.
I've been looking foreward to this trip for a long time and it was great to finally turn our plans into reality. =3
Also this is my first *real* vacation of the year. So far, whenever I took some time off work, it was to travel somewhere for a convention to work there. I enjoy working at cons but now it's nice to take a break and rest. Still got one more week to relax and to gather some strenght to face the coming Christmas season working retail x_X
After reading the comments on my previous journal, I got some ideas for some small things for the spooky season, like themed commissions and some rat related arts =3
I'm also planning to open my Advent Calendar commissions next week. It's still a while to go until December (and personally I'm more a Halloween person) but I want to start early, so that I won't have to rush anything.

Ich habe auch schon an den Adventskalender gedacht, wenn man so die Angebote in den Supermärkten sieht, dann denkt man Weihnachten ist gleich.
Ja, Weihnachten ist schon fast unangenehm nahe. Auf der Arbeit muss ich mich damit auch schon seit einer Weile beschäftigen ^^;
I had French lessons in school but by now I forgot most of it but every now and then I get what people want from me ^^;
