Well, 1 thing to not do is panic about it. It's like my dad always says, panic makes it worse. One suggestion is to talk to your mom and little sister and see if maybe you can stay home rather than visit him (sometimes seeing it is worse than not) and if not, see if maybe you can see him alone, so their emotions won't carry over to you and cause you to feel even worse

This is a worrying time for sure. Keep those around you who give you strength and encouragment. Worrying wont change anything and I know that hearing that doesnt make things easier. My DMs are open and so is my telegram camarofurry
