I believe its still a response to what happened on twitter the past week and a half when a comissioner fed a commission to the grok AI.

Obviously a shitstorm followed suit.

As a commissioner myself even I felt disgusted by a client doing that to an artist.

Seems the original image has been deleted but oh LORD. The fallout of this is wild! And the cockiness of the offender... yeesh. Seems like people who do this could really care less what your TOS says and will do things anyway against your wishes. But it's always better safe than sorry! I swear, this is NFTs all over again on such a wilder scale... I had some of my pieces minted on the blockchain against my will so I feel the pain in some way. Sucks!

Rylae's correct! I've been meaning to add it to my ToS, but that specific post is what made me and many other artists actually add it to our rules. It's sad that even furry commissioners use their artists' work for AI. :(

Ugh! I swear it's always something we have to fear and edit into our TOS :( I think I slipped the AI stuff into mine awhile back alongside NFT warnings. With furry getting so much bigger, I suppose it's only a matter of time we see this stuff escalate, but still doesn't make it any less disappointing!
