As winter approaches, the Russian🇷🇺 military is once again attacking the Ukrainian electric generating plants and power distribution grid. Some Ukrainian🇺🇦 artists have seen recent large-scale blackouts during Russian missile and drone attacks and are preparing for yet another winter with intermittent electricity and how to continue making art in spite of blackouts.
