🌤 Healing, resting, and coming back
Hey everyone!
I’m finally back! 💫
It’s been a long and emotional journey for me. As some of you already know, I recently had a TransPRK eye surgery, and I’m still in the middle of my recovery. On the sixth day the doctors removed the protective lens, and right now my vision is around 70%. It’s still quite blurry especially when I look at screens or try to focus for a long time, so I have to be careful and give my eyes plenty of rest
Even though the healing process takes time, I’m already starting to see the world in a new way literally and figuratively. Every day I notice small improvements and it fills me with hope and excitement. It’s strange and beautiful at the same time to rediscover simple things like light, color, and contrast
I’ll be slowly returning to work and drawing again. I really miss creating art and connecting with everyone here, but I also don’t want to rush things. I plan to take it easy at first and gradually get back into my normal rhythm. Some days I might be quiet or less active, but I promise I’m still here and doing my best to recover properly
I also want to say a huge heartfelt thank you for all your love, patience, and support during this time. Your kind words and messages gave me so much strength and warmth. This surgery was one of my biggest dreams and I wouldn’t have reached it without you. You truly helped me make it real, and I’m endlessly grateful for that 💖
So yes I’m back, healing, hopeful, and ready to slowly return to art again. Thank you for staying with me through it all 💞
