what if you went back to a local account?

I don't know if I even have a local account anymore. like you would think that I would be able to see my local account on my install hard drive but it's just one account and three of my folders including the my document folder which I think had all of my clip studio settings are now just merged into this OneDrive folder. it looks like my content might still in there but for some reason clip isn't seeing any of it.

you can either try going into comp settings and signing out to regain your local account, or maybe just try copy-pasting the document folder contents to where Clip will read it? (stupid of Microsoft to think everyone wants to use cloud storage)

It's very likely to still be there in an appdata folder under your local account's name. If that's gone, then... System Restore? I got nothin'.

found out yeah, they are still there but onder my local account name. renaming them seemed to fix the issue, at least for the files I found so far.

This has me a bit worried, since im also on CS and windows... I hope its not part of their bullshit with Win10 being dropped support and CS already showing issues because of it.

It’s a long shot, but try a restore to a previous Windows snapshot from a few days ago. I had this happen in a similar situation and that fixed it.

Go to the backup and recovery center, and look for a ‘Recovery’ snapshot from a couple days ago ideally. Unless you have them turned off, windows does them by default, and it might save you
