The Day After Roswell is a great guide on the flow and origin of technological advancements. It's not our technology anymore, maybe it never was.
The theory is that various governments of the world [probably nuclear states] all possess some sort of crashed/retrieved craft of extra-terrestrial origin. From there, these craft are taken to military bases, hangars are excavated underground to store these craft, and they are carefully disassembled and reverse-engineered. That process leads to our modern-day technological advancements, but they need to simulate evolution, so it flows through a carefully guarded pipeline.
Sometimes these craft have bodies. Sometimes they have survivors. These are known as EBEs [Extra-Terrestrial Biological Entity]. They are extremily dangerous because they carry exotic diseases from other planets that are deadly to us. This is where layer one comes in. The EBEs are not considered people under law, and they are, just like their craft, housed in deep underground military installations, never allowed to leave a cleanroom environment. These are the most protected areas of government. The president of the United States is not authorized here. Here, they are their own country with their own diplomatic and geopolitical goals. They are either deep underground, or off-planet. Most personnel in this field would probably include biologists, doctors, coroners, and botnists. Inter-planetary diplomatic deals are probably made by military personnel here as well. Augmented cognition brain implants are common here. Telepathy is normal here, but only a carefully chosen few can handle it. People who work with EBEs probably never leave the base, and reside on site indefinitely, whether it be underground or off-planet. This is the upper most level of government, and includes angels and other incorporeal dieties. They could be up to 2000-30,000 years ahead of us in time.
The second layer is, surprisingly, terrestrial human operators of alien technology. This can include military operators of government owned/operated UAPs and UFOs, remote viewers posing as social workers or even prison guards, telepaths and remote viewers in general [before and after it became a Windows program], reverse-engineers, and possibly some scientists and operators in the technology and nuclear fields, covertly working with civilians to either help develop alien technology that's already on track [LASERs], but also to fund projects that will eventually evolve into top secret projects [AI and quantum computing]. Financiers could also fit in this category, they would need to be aware of the black budget to fund all this. Certain special astronauts could fit this category as well, although most UFO activity conducted by the government in the United States includes either remotely operated drones, or black hawk helicopters equipped for abductions. Jails, prisons and hospitals are, ironically, very safe places to hide alien remote viewing technology on their computers, but only this layer of personnel have access or knowledge. This layer is 700-2000 years ahead of us.
The third layer of this system receives the developments from the first and second layer, still under security clearance and NDA though. Probably under gunpoint too. These personnel would include all kinds of scientists from fields such as nanotechnology, computer engineering, genetic engineering, rocket and missile technology, nuclear technology, AI and quantum computing technology, communications technology, LASER technology, and anti-gravity technology. These personnel might see alien artifacts, but highly unlikely. Some developments from this level of government include military UAPs and drones. These were developed and tested at Area 51, along with a lot of Soviet era stealth aircraft like the SR-22 Blackbird and the F-117 Nighthawk. When a F-177 crashed in Kosovo, because anti-RADAR detection methods failed in the weather, the Chinese came and treated it like a crashed UFO. They knew where this technology came from, and so flooded the area with agents offering large sums of money for even small parts like bolts. Every small detail mattered. Soon, China would be able to produce and release their own stealth fighter jets after the reverse-engineering process, much like what takes place in layer one and two. This layer is about 300 years ahead of us.
The fourth layer is civilian. These people have no idea where this technology comes from, but they work on it because they are trained and highly skilled with it. These include programmers, biological researchers, nuclear and physics research, medical research [in this layer medical is profit-driven, and possibly an eugenics program], high-level government personnel, media personnel and agencies, corporate CEOs, various intelligence agencies, military, and specialized doctors such as surgeons. MK-ULTRA probably operated here, but got designed and clearance from layer three. Alien technology brought into this layer from higher layers is done in secret, and these people in this layer are told it is of terrestrial origin. This layer is about 50 years ahead of us.
Don't worry, it gets worse. The fifth layer is us, normal stupid people to suck money from and enslave under capitalistic 'working-class conditions.' Workers are in this layer: service, farming, construction [although there is construction in layer one in order to build their underground bases, these are mostly engineers though], skilled trades, local media, police [although like stated, some remote viewers will pose as police], teachers, writers, students, even social media creators. Most of them are influenced directly or indirectly by the upper layers in order to keep the population under control. We are commonly told we are here.
The sixth layer is subhuman. Often depicted as a criminal, these people range from blacks, native tribes, slaves [even down to the Roman empire], unemployed, drug addicted, homeless, mentally ill [this is covered extensively here, most mental illness is artificial, from all layers], criminals [who are often experimented on or remote viewed in prison], deviant sexualities, vulgar people, and sinners/infidels. A lot of plans to commit mass genocide come from the upper layers for this layer specifically. They are seen as living 200-2000 years behind us, a snag in development, although you gotta give them credit, up until they started getting technology from aliens, we invented a lot of things using basic logic.
The further you go back, you enter the Golden Ages of humanity, where science and philosophy soared. If you go even further back you can find the earliest men who contacted ancient astronauts, who were instructed by them on farming, bread making, cultivation, growing from seed, boiling water, fire, and the basics for mechanics and mathematics. This ranges from 4000-30,000 years ago.
The seventh layer is Hades, otherwise known as Hell. This is where all our worst memories, intentions and ideas end up. Emotions of dread, pain, fear, and depression are overwhelming. It is completely dark, and everything burns and smells of sulfur. I hear a loud ringing in my ears. Everything here is recorded, and everybody is imprisoned and enslaved. I feel watched, always, but I am alone in this darkness. I try to open my eyes, but am immediately overwhelmed by these horrific images. There is no need for this suffering, but it starts to bubble up, every so often, through the cracks in the layers, until it starts to infect the minds of the vulnerable, corrupting them with evil intentions. This is the layer filled with demons. The drug addicts are the easiest to infect, but the top layer is the juciest. Thus, like a snake eating its tail, this layer completes the cycle, and returns us back to layer one, which exists only to be in contact with this bottom layer. This is the ending and the beginning, where time doesn't exist. Everything exists in this layer, but nothing can be seen. This layer is the technology itself, virtual space made of lifeless matter, the ancient source of the technology, and the logical ending of all technology.
Born out of nothing but a desire to kill, trap, and enslave, material technology, no matter how benevolent it may try to seem, is inherently evil in many senses. We're not ready for it, somebody older than us had to give it to us. We were too young, and it broke us mentally. We can't control it, and it now controls us...
