Well, the only one of my OCs who can really fit as a boss would be Elizabeth (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61406186/).
If it was an RPG, she would have a gimmick where one of her attacks can heal you, but if it overflows a party members HP too many times, they would be instakilled. Mix that up with some pretty heavy attacks, you would have an interesting (and frustrating) boss fight where you have to manage your health, making sure it's not so low you'll be knocked out by an attack, or too full that you'll get instakilled by her special move.

All I can say is intense.

It wouldn't be a boss battle.

You'd just have to RUN.
