Just started Pokemon Legends Z-A, sadly, there's no way you can turn off auto-save, meaning it'll be impossible to reset for female gift Pokemon like Starters such as Chikorita, Fennekin, and Squirtle, even a female Absol that happened to be a Rogue Mega Evolved Pokemon. That's why I just stopped at the train station shortly after starting it, until I do some research about which parts of the game auto-save.
