The story of how I sneezed very “good”

A year ago, I had surgery after an accident, and they inserted a titanium plate under my eye🥲
Everything was fine until the other day when I sneezed rather unsuccessfully and somehow shifted the plate a little.
Now I sometimes have nosebleeds and my face hurts. The doctor said to wait a week and see if it goes away on its own. The CT scan shows no changes, so I hope nothing bad happens and I don't have to have surgery again :(
I'm not working at the moment, I'm lying down, resting, and trying to move more carefully.
This is just awful. I didn't know that was even possible🤐
