Trump said in July
“It won’t interfere with the current building. It won’t be. It’ll be near it, but not touching it, and pays total respect to the existing building, which I’m the biggest fan of. It’s my favorite.”
No one has seen the plans for this embarassing, tacky, ostentatious gilt obscenity yet, but he's already completely demolished the East wing of the White House in preparation for building it.
It's ballooned from being 660 capacity at a projected cost of $200 million to 1000 capacity and a projected $300 million.
It's planned to be 9000 square feet, which would dwarf the entire current White House, which is 5500 square feet.
Trump said today that keeping the east wing would hurt a "Very, very beautiful expensive building".
Update of 10/24:

Trump keeps the government shut down, threatening widespread hunger for more than an eighth of the country, while building an obscene monument to himself. A true "Let them eat cake" moment.

In addition to the quotes here, Cuomo quoted Mamdani as saying he supported "Global intifada" and that that means "Killing all Jews"
- Actually, that's NOT what that means, Mario. Intifada translates as struggle, and has absolutely nothing to do with "Killing Jews".
I predict that Mamdani will comfortably win this race. Cuomo and Sliwa are just jokes.

Boycott them whenever you can
Ah, the usual list of scoundrels and bastards...
No worries, I'm already directly working against all of them.
How can ANYBODY still think this man is "America first"?
..so i wonder who works there that he's funneling money to.
Just a little suspicious, eh?
Perhaps that's cruel, but history tends to not care about these things if one refuses to learn from the examples it provides.
