Hey there everyone. Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet lately. I wanted to provide a brief update.
I’m still wanting to make something of a living off my art, but things were temporarily put on hold, as I got a new puppy a few months ago. She’s amazing, but unfortunately, she’s been requiring a lot of my time and energy lately and I haven’t been able to focus on my creative pursuits as a result. Luckily, her behavior does seem to be improving. She is quite the chewer and digger unfortunately and I have to make sure she’s not going to hurt herself or destroy anything irreplaceable. Luckily, as I stated before, she is starting to improve behavior wise. She’s also getting used to the household routine and becoming part of it in her own way.
Recently I got to meet my sibling from another dragon, Toroth. They stayed over my place for about 5 days. Much fun was had. They got to meet my friends, and I got out of my house and down to the city to meet theirs. I had known Toroth for more than 20 years so it was good to finally meet them in person. Already, we have ideas about when we’ll meet up together again, though right now we have to get both of our respective lives together.
With that said, I hope to ramp up my art productivity and open up commissions again. I already have a potential group pic in the works for halloween so keep your eyes peeled if you’re interested in that. Take care!
