Considerations for creating a Twitter account

Hello everyone, I hope you're all well. I'm writing this journal because I've been considering opening a Twitter account, simply because I want to expand my content publishing. I initially started with inkbunny and BlueSky after the fall of FA and have been uploading some of my content to those platforms ever since. I initially skipped Twitter because we all know the type of people who exist on Twitter, but lately I've considered the idea. Of course, I'd like to properly configure the account to avoid problems with potential scams and problematic people. I'd also like to see how best to provide my commissions and artwork on that platform. So if there's anyone with experience on that platform who reads these journals, please leave me your tips and ideas to help me get started. Another I would probably use it to showcase a taste of what you can offer your followers. Like just SFW stuff but with a link to somewhere you can post everything. As while I get mixed results on what's allowed and not allowed to be post, better to be safe then sorry and just post SFW to show examples of your skills and such.
That means if you regularly post NSFW stuff all European users will see a blurred thing with a text saying "Content not suitable for minors, in order to see this we need to verify your ID"
And if you have several NSFW stuff there, even if you post SFW images these by default will be hidden under said label.
