Gonna be reopening comms at the start of November
Feelin like makin a lotta bubble art. You can ask me for bubbles that aren't soap, such as jelly, slime, or any of the bubble types I've shown for Soaptember! :3
Changes:
- +1 commission slot (Now 4)
- Restructured the text to make it easier to see without zooming in
- Added color coding to make important details in the text, easier to see
