I’ve been given the lifetime of an opportunity thanks to my case management team, and by the end of the week, I’ll officially be back at home with my family.

It’s been a long, arduous journey, one that will continue even after I’ve gone home, but the good Lord up above has blessed me and I’ll be reunited with my Dad and my Granny for the holiday season. I can’t even begin to describe the level of bliss I feel knowing that I’ll be able to sleep in my own bed in my own room for the first time since February. It almost feels unreal, but it really is happening.

I love you guys so much, thank you for sticking around for me and being so supportive of my journey. I’m so blessed to have you all as my friends. I’m really looking forward to this!
