Gym idea, looking for characters

The idea is for 2 characters:
Character A is lifting a dumbbell and Character B is supporting A from above. B genitals, visible through the slightly pulled-up clothing are right in front of Character A's face making them both aroused. If the character(s) have penis(es) we can show their erections; if not, you can indicate their arousal in another way.
